In the southern states of America, BBQ has a fanatical following. We have a healthy respect for this history and tradition and we draw heavily from its cooking methods.

Our food is a clear representation of Melbourne - its produce, people and food culture, hence our name ‘Burn City Smokers’.

Our food comes from a passion for ingredients, respect for quality and the providence of the meat and the ethical practices from the people who farmed it.

THE CASUAL ENTERTAINER

There’s no place like home. Whether you’ve gathered your mates for the footy, have a house party or have an appetite equivalent to a group of teenage lads we will deliver. To ensure the freshest experience, we vacuum pack the meat and condiments so that when the food reaches you it’s like it just came out of the smoker. Say goodbye to soggy messes!

THE CORPORATE PLANNER

Business lunches will never be the same again. We’re going to plate you something that is beyond just a classic BBQ. Now you can get some of the most succulent meat, rolls, slaws and sauces to jazz up almost every office function. To ensure the freshest experience, we vacuum pack the meat and condiments so that there are no soggy messes en-route.
